PRIVACY
St Elmos Int'l respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from St Elmos Int'l are updates to any recent orders.We believe in privacy and security and strictly enforce them.
DOA RETURN POLICY
Products found to be defective and are returned within 15 days of original invoice will be considered DOA, and are subject to exchange or replacement within two weeks of return receipt. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Our certified Technicians will test all DOA returns. If they are found to be non-defective, we will return them to customer.
Warranties and Extended Plans
St Elmos Int'l is a distributor and Reseller only. Products sold by St Elmos int'l are not manufactured by St Elmos Int'l. The products may, however, be covered by each manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policy (if any). St Elmos Intl assigns and passes through to the Customer any warranty of the manufacturer, and Customer acknowledges that it shall have recourse only under such warranties and only as against the manufacturer of the products. ST ELMOS INTL INC MAKES NO REPRESENTATION OR EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT EXCEPT THOSE STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT.ST ELMOS INT'L DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY SUCH PRODUCT, INCLUDING AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM STATUTE, TRADE USAGE, COURSE OF DEALING, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Manufacturer Warranties
Any manufacturer's warranty on a product will apply when purchased through www.stelmospc.com or www.seisave.com.

Please include the product name, manufacturer, model number or Stelmospc.com item OR SKU number as well.

Is it safe to use my credit card for on-line purchases? Certainly! At St Elmos Int'l Inc we use the most widely used and accepted industry standard of security, VeriSign SSL Certificates with 128-bit encryption. The VeriSign Security Seal ensures that when you enter your credit card information on our website it is protected and your transactions on our website are secure. When you pay for on-line purchases using your credit card St Elmos International Inc will process your transaction through Authorize.net (a third-party processor) via a secure, encrypted link. Your credit card information is automatically and directly submitted to this processor and is not available to St Elmos International. St Elmos International does not handle your credit card information, except when processing telephone orders. How do we protect children’s privacy? At St Elmos International we acknowledge and respect the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. If we become aware that a customer is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable parental consent we will refrain from requesting personally identifiable information and will remove his or her existing information from our database.
